Fridges

All fridges with air cooled condensers,it is important to clean the condenser & fan assy regularly.

On frost free fridges keep drain cup and drain hose clear.
"WARNING"-Never clean a manual defrost with a knife or any other sharp object.
Ranges

Keep surface element blocks clean (DO NOT USE aluminum foil) in element trays.
SELF CLEAN OVEN-use self clean only as need (self cleaning uses temps as high as 900F and can shorted the life of the oven control)

Washers

VERY IMPORTANT-remove the agitator once a year to oil or grease the splined transmission shaft.
When the machine is not in use leave the lid open to avoid premature rusting of the tub & components.

Dryers
Keep lint screen clean.
Clean out ducks/venting & inside the machine "be sure not to forget the to clean the motor vents of lint".
Use only metal dryer duck/venting.
A/C Units

On central air units,Clean condensers(outdoor) coils using a soap or degreaser.
Oil motor if appl.
